We deliver all over Australia. Sydney area is also covered by our plumbing service, and therefore installation is also available. Regional, WA and Northern Territory unfortunately have a delivery charge at this time.

Returns & Replacements

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 7 days of the shipment date. All returns come with a 15% re stocking fee as it needs to be returned to the manufacturer. All shipping costs are to be covered by the one returning the goods. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip or delivery docket. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement less credit card fee.
